The challenge: Over more than 20 years FenceMaster had established a reputation as the go-to company that builders and project managers turned to for fencing on their school build and upgrade projects.  As a result, this revenue stream had become the mainstay of the business. With the MoE moving to a panel arrangement for fencing from 2024 it was critical for the business's future that they secured one of the few places available.

Recognising that as an organisation they didn’t have the necessary tendering skills or experience, FenceMaster turned to Bid Consult to prepare their submission.

How Bid Consult helped: We provided a full end-to-end solution including helping to develop the bid strategy, writing of all attributes, preparation of CVs, photography and, via our partner Hight Art and Design production of the final submission. We even uploaded the final tender documents to GETS for FenceMaster.

The outcome: Bid Consult is pleased to have helped this great little New Zealand company secure one of just three available spots on the Ministry of Education’s panel for school fencing projects.
