Pre-tender advice and strategy
Providing strategic advice to help clients make good decisions about whether to bid, understand their positioning, develop their tender strategy, and navigate the tender process. We undertake client and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
Review and refine content
For clients who have the skills and resources to draft their own responses we can critique and help evolve their content. A key offering is ‘tender team’ scoring of late-stage drafts against RFP/RFT and evaluation criteria to provide a fresh eyes challenge against objective measures.
